Strawberries and cream house

 

Ingredients one person

Here are two recipes in one: The homemade whipped cream:25-30 g fine sugar 20 cl cream 30% (possibly for those who are afraid that it will not take 1 package cremfix) For dessert itself:500g strawberry whipped home

preparation: 

 Make  whipped  cream by whisking  for  30  seconds to a minute very cold fresh cream.

 Add sugar (possibly mixed with sugar cremfix).

 And continue to whisk until the desired consistency.

 Make dessert:

 Wash, dry, remove stems, cut in half or quarters strawberries.

 Add them to the whipped cream.

 Mix gently.

 Chill at least two hours or more covered with plastic wrap.
